After styling hair for over a decade in the Soulard area of St. Louis, I decided I wanted a little something different. I'd always had a passion for the culinary arts, and that passion combined with my love of elaborately themed parties led me to creating "edible art." Now I do it for a living.

Using the recipes passed down from my grandmother, each cake I craft is completely unique, so you can be sure the cake you have at your party will never be seen again at another function.
